Returns Policy
Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer support team at lantiango@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase to arrange for a return, exchange, or refund. (NOTE: If there is any manufacturer defect or shipping damage, please contact us within 48 hours and take photos and videos to show us the defect for us to verify.) Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received the product, we are sorry we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
General Returns: CybrGear accepts returns for most products within 7 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. The customer should pay return shipping for the item(s).
Refund Process: Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned product.
